By accessing or using the Vesta personal assistant application and the vestahq.dev website (the "Service"), operated by VestaHQ ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Vesta is a personal AI assistant that helps manage calendars, tasks, notifications, and daily scheduling. The Service may include SMS/text message notifications, email integrations, and other communication features.

SMS/Text Message Terms

By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive automated text messages from Vesta at the phone number you provide. These messages include account notifications, schedule reminders, and daily briefings.

• Message frequency varies based on your notification preferences
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS notifications
• Reply HELP for assistance
• SMS consent is not required to use the Service
• We do not sell or share your opt-in information with third parties for marketing

Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to send unsolicited messages or spam

Intellectual Property
